If you want a lightweight, open-ear solution with a unique smart case display for all-day wear during long shifts, choose Xmenha Mini Touch Screen; if you need active noise cancellation, seamless ecosystem switching, and premium call clarity for professional environments, choose SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE. Both devices offer distinct advantages for specific users, but the decision ultimately hinges on whether your priority is physical comfort and extended battery life or advanced audio isolation and smart integration. This comparison cuts through the marketing fluff to help you decide which pair of headphones for call center work best for your daily routine.
• Xmenha Mini Touch Screen: Its biggest strength is the ultra-lightweight, open-ear design paired with a charging case that features a built-in touch screen for time and alarms without unlocking a phone; its trade-off is the lack of active noise cancellation, relying instead on passive sound isolation.
• SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE: Its biggest strength is the robust Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and enhanced background noise reduction for crystal-clear calls in loud spaces; its trade-off is a heavier in-ear fit that may cause fatigue over very long periods compared to the Xmenha.
• The Xmenha is ideal for those who prioritize physical comfort and situational awareness while working.
• The Samsung is perfect for professionals who need to block out distractions and require deep bass and smart assistant integration.
The Xmenha Mini Touch Screen earbuds are engineered specifically for individuals who struggle with the discomfort of traditional in-ear headphones. At just 3.8 grams per earbud, this is one of the lightest options available, making it an exceptional choice for anyone wearing bluetooth earbuds for call center operations where they might be on the line for eight hours straight. The open-ear design means you aren't sealing your ear canal, which reduces pressure buildup and allows ambient sounds to pass through naturally. This makes them particularly suitable for people with high requirements for ear comfort or those with smaller ear canals who find standard buds painful.

A standout feature that sets this model apart from almost any other competitor is the inclusion of a smart touch screen on the charging case. Unlike standard cases that only show a percentage, this device allows you to control sound effects modes, view the current time, and even set alarms directly from the case without ever taking out your smartphone. This functionality is a game-changer for users who need quick access to time management tools or want to monitor their schedule while keeping their hands free. The battery life supports this continuous use, offering between 5 to 6 hours of play time on a single charge, with the 300mAh battery in the case extending total listening time significantly.
However, this product is not for everyone. Because it relies on an open-ear design and does not feature Active Noise Cancellation, it will not silence a busy office, a construction site, or a noisy coffee shop. Instead, it uses a fully enclosed sound cavity and professional-grade waterproofing to prevent sweat and rain from infiltration, ensuring durability during active use. If you work in a chaotic environment where you cannot hear your surroundings, or if you demand absolute silence to focus, this model might leave you feeling exposed. It is best suited for home offices, quiet retail spaces, or outdoor activities where situational awareness is a safety requirement rather than a distraction.
In contrast, the SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE is built for the user who demands performance, connectivity, and total immersion. The defining feature here is the improved Active Noise Cancellation, which actively filters out outside noise so you can focus entirely on what you are hearing. This is crucial for professionals using open ear headphones as a baseline but needing the ability to switch to a closed, immersive mode when necessary. The earbuds come with three sizes of ear tips (Small, Medium, Large) and a silicone enclosure designed to create a tight seal, which is essential for the ANC to function effectively and for delivering the powerful bass promised by the 11mm dynamic speaker.
Call quality is another area where the Samsung shines, making it a top contender for headphones for call center applications where voice clarity is paramount. This goes beyond simple passive isolation; the electronics actively suppress background chatter, wind, and traffic. Furthermore, the battery life is superior to the Xmenha, offering up to 8.5 hours of uninterrupted play time with ANC turned off, and a total of 30 hours with the charging case. This longevity ensures that a full work shift can be covered without needing to hunt for a power outlet mid-day.
The ecosystem integration is also a massive draw for Android users, specifically those within the Samsung or Google universe. These earbuds allow for hands-free access to Gemini, meaning you can get assistance, check schedules, or send messages just by speaking, without touching your phone. They also support seamless switching between Galaxy devices, automatically moving audio from your phone to your tablet or PC as needed. However, these benefits come with a heavier in-ear design. While the materials are premium, the physical presence of the buds inside the ear canal is more substantial than the Xmenha's clip-on style. If you have sensitive ears or dislike the feeling of something being inserted into your ear canal, the Samsung might become uncomfortable after several hours of continuous wear.
• Best for Battery Life → SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE (up to 8.5 hours per charge vs. 6 hours).
• Best for Physical Comfort → Xmenha Mini Touch Screen (ultra-lightweight 3.8g open-ear design).
• Best for Noise Isolation → SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE (Active Noise Cancellation vs. passive sound isolation).
• Best for Smart Features → Xmenha Mini Touch Screen (case has a dedicated touch screen for time/alarms).
• Best for Voice Assistant Integration → SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE (Hands-free Gemini access).
• Best for Situational Awareness → Xmenha Mini Touch Screen (open-ear design lets you hear surroundings).
• Best for Call Clarity in Noisy Rooms → SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE (Enhanced background noise reduction).
• Best for Small Ear Canals → Xmenha Mini Touch Screen (specifically marketed for small ears and kids).
After weighing the specifications and intended use cases, I recommend the SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE for most professional settings, especially those involving heavy call center work. The combination of Active Noise Cancellation and the enhanced background noise reduction provides a level of focus and communication clarity that the Xmenha simply cannot match. In a loud office or when dealing with difficult clients, the ability to block out distractions and ensure your voice is heard clearly is invaluable. While the Xmenha offers a clever touch-screen case and superior comfort, the functional advantages of the Samsung's ANC and battery life make it the more versatile tool for serious productivity. That said, if your primary concern is physical comfort during marathon shifts and you work in a quiet environment, the Xmenha remains a compelling alternative.
Yes, both are viable, but the SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE offers better battery life (8.5 hours) and superior noise cancellation for blocking out office chatter, while the Xmenha offers lighter weight for extended comfort.
No, the Xmenha Mini Touch Screen works with both iPhone and Android devices via Bluetooth 5.4, allowing you to control the case functions independently of your phone model.
The Samsung uses Active Noise Cancellation to electronically cancel low-frequency sounds, whereas the Xmenha relies on its open-ear design and passive sound isolation, meaning it won't block out external noise as effectively.
The SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 3-FE lasts longer with up to 8.5 hours of playback, compared to the Xmenha Mini Touch Screen which provides about 6 hours of non-stop music or podcast listening.
