Storage / Files access — required to let you browse, open, and save documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF) that are stored on your device. Files are accessed only when you choose to open them.
Photos / Media access — required to let you select images when converting photos into a PDF.
Camera access — required only when you use the document scanner feature to scan physical documents. Camera images are processed on-device.
