Welcome to **XLSheet AI**! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "EULA") carefully before using the XLSheet AI mobile application (the "Service", "App") operated by Garoono Technologies.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
## 1. Description of Service
**XLSheet AI** is an intelligent Excel and Google Sheets assistant powered by advanced artificial intelligence (GPT-4o) designed to help users:

The app includes both free and paid (Pro) features to serve users at different levels.
## 2. Free vs. Pro Features

- ✅ Save & share unlimited formula cards

## 3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
We offer the following subscription plans within the app:
### 🔹 Weekly Pro
- **Duration:** 1 week (auto-renewing)
- **Price:** $1.99/week

- **Renewal:** Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
### 🔹 Monthly Pro
- **Duration:** 1 month (auto-renewing)
- **Price:** $4.99/month
- **Product ID:** `xlsheetai_monthly_4_99`
- **Renewal:** Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
- **Discount Offer:** Special promotional price of $3.99/month may be available for first-time users.
### 🔹 Yearly Pro
- **Duration:** 1 year (auto-renewing)
- **Price:** $44.50/year (Save 57% compared to monthly)
- **Product ID:** `xlsheetai_yearly_44_5`
- **Best Value:** Equivalent to $3.71/month when billed annually
- **Renewal:** Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
## 4. Payment and Subscription Management
### Payment
- Payment will be charged to your **Google Play** or **Apple ID** account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription prices are shown in USD and may vary by region based on local currency and applicable taxes.
- All prices are subject to change with notice.
### Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The renewal cost will be clearly identified.
### Subscription Management
- **iOS Users:** Manage subscriptions via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- **Android Users:** Manage subscriptions via Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your respective app store settings.
### Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.
### Refunds
- **No refunds** will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as all payments are processed through their platforms.
- We do not have direct control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
## 5. Restore Purchases
- If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your previous purchases.
- Use the **"Restore Purchases"** option available in the app settings.
- Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Restoring purchases requires an active internet connection.
## 6. Monthly Request Limits (Free Users)
Free users are limited to **30 AI requests per month**, which includes:
- Formula generation requests
- Formula explanation requests
- VBA code generation requests
- Chat messages with AI assistant
**Limit Reset:**
- Request limits reset on the 1st day of each calendar month.
- When limits are exceeded, users will be prompted to upgrade to Pro or use the local formula library.
**No Limits for Pro Users:**
- Pro subscribers have unlimited access to all AI features.
## 7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
### Important Notice
XLSheet AI uses **advanced artificial intelligence (GPT-4o)** to generate responses, formulas, explanations, and VBA code. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:
⚠️ **We do not guarantee:**
- The correctness, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
- That AI-generated formulas will work in all scenarios
- That VBA code will be error-free or secure
- That explanations are fully accurate
### User Responsibility
**You are solely responsible for:**
- ✅ Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
- ✅ Testing formulas and code in a safe environment
- ✅ Verifying results, especially in financial, medical, or critical contexts
- ✅ Understanding that AI can make mistakes or produce unexpected results
**Critical Use Warning:**

### Limitation of Liability

By using XLSheet AI, you agree to:

### Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease immediately.
