A Master of Arts in International Economic Policy student at George Washington University. She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in May of 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies and a minor in Economics.
Born and raised in South Florida, U.S.A., to parents from Haiti and Honduras, she draws heavily from her heritage for inspiration in researching the political economies of the Caribbean and the United States. To date, she has written about U.S.-Haiti foreign policy in published articles, advocated for trade policy reform, and volunteered for nonprofits dedicated to marginalized communities.
As a queer woman, too, she has also written short stories, poems, and introspective pieces about her experiences.
