My Research Interests

My research mainly focuses on emotions and well-being at work. My intellectual curiosity is to answer the following questions: 

• How do macro phenomena such as technological changes and macroeconomic fluctuations impact individuals' affective states?

• How do emotions shape workplace interpersonal relationships such as leader-follower dynamics, co-worker interactions, and group processes?

I am interested in discrete emotions at work: fear, guilt, shame, self-hostility, etc. 

Meanwhile, I'm learning and trying to apply multi-methods to my research design: surveys, experiments, archival data, as well as various advanced statistical methodologies.
