Dong Huang, Graduate Student (F25-present)
I am a Ph.D student at the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences at CU Boulder. My research interests focus on climate dynamics and the coupling between the stratosphere and troposphere, particularly stratosphere-troposphere exchange (STE). In my spare time, I enjoy playing football, hiking, and cycling.
Megan Neumann, Graduate Student (Summer 26-present)
My research interests in upper troposphere-lower stratosphere composition, especially aerosols. Outside of research, I love to travel, play video games, and do crafts like knitting and crocheting.
Cheng-Cheng Liu, Moore Postdoc (Summer 26-present)
I am interested in aerosols, clouds, and their impacts on climate, particularly stratospheric aerosols and cloud microphysics. I am currently working on aerosols in the Asian Tropopause Aerosol Layer (ATAL) and their climate impacts. In my free time, I enjoy table tennis, badminton, and road trips.
Xander Moss (UG Research Assistant, SS26)
My research interests include atmospheric pollutant tracking and pollutant distribution through groundwater systems. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, skiing and painting.

Ayana Monreal (UG, F25-S26)
I am interested in how carbon monoxide and other greenhouse gas emissions move through the atmosphere in the lower troposphere, and how weather patterns impact their movement. In my free time I enjoy cave surveying and studying the impact that karst ecosystems have on our environment.

Eason Wu (UG, S26)
I’m an undergraduate in ATOC at CU Boulder. I’m interested in stratosphere–troposphere interactions and how changes in stratospheric water vapor and aerosols affect climate, especially following the Hunga Tonga eruption. Outside of school, I enjoy skiing, playing table tennis, and biking around Boulder.
