Xinyi Peng

Welcome to my webpage!

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Economics at the Ohio State University. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Economics, University of Wisconsin-Madison, in May 2025. 

My research interests are labor search and matching, macroeconomics, and firm dynamics. I use search theory to study the sorting pattern between workers, firms, and jobs.
