I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I was a Dissertation Fellow at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta 2024 Summer. I am on the job market for the 2024-2025 academic year!
My research interests are labor search and matching, macroeconomics, and firm dynamics. I use search theory to study the sorting pattern between workers, firms, and jobs. My Job market paper focuses on the role of the internal labor market on worker allocation and aggregate productivity.
