I am an Assistant Professor at Department of Radiation Oncology, Emory University School of Medicine. I received my PhD and master degree in Health Services Research and Health Policy (Health Economics Track) at Emory University, and my bachelor degree in Public Service Administration from Fudan University. I am currently a visiting scientist at the American Cancer Society.
I lead the PATH (Policy & Analytics for Transforming Healthcare in cancer) lab, with federally and privately funded research focusing on how payment policies, provider behaviors, and organizational structures affect cancer care quality and outcomes. Our team specializes in leveraging causal inference methods with administrative health records, national survey data, and other secondary data sources to evaluate national health policies and conduct population-based health services research.
