Privacy Protection Agreement

XINGHAN (hereinafter referred to as "we") highly values the protection of users' personal information. This agreement aims to clearly elaborate the various principles followed by the mobile application Music Rhythm Box (hereinafter referred to as "this App") in handling user information, including the methods of acquisition, use, storage, and sharing, and to clarify the various rights you enjoy as a user.

Your act of downloading, installing, using, or continuing to use this App will be deemed as your full understanding and acceptance of all the terms of this agreement.

In order to provide you with a complete service experience, we will collect relevant information and request relevant device permissions within reasonably necessary limits. We strictly adhere to the "Principle of Minimal Necessity" and will only request corresponding authorization when it is essential for implementing specific functions.

Accessibility Permissions Vibration Feedback Provide haptic feedback in specific operation scenarios.
Custom Broadcast Receiver Monitor system status changes to ensure timely response of App functions.
Cloud Configuration Sync Synchronize settings and preferences across multiple devices.
Permission Management Explanation: You can adjust various authorizations at any time through [Settings] -> [App Management] -> [Brain Hole Collection Explosion] -> [Permission Management] on your device. Adjusting permissions will not affect information processing that was completed based on prior authorization.
1.2 Information Actively Provided by the User
Account Information: May require providing basic information such as nickname and contact details when registering an account.
User-Generated Content: Game data actively created during use, personalized settings, etc.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
Device Parameters: Including device model, system version, unique device identifiers, network information, etc.
Usage Behavior Data: Statistical analysis information such as feature usage frequency, operation habits, and performance data.
1.4 Sensitive Information Handling
We place special importance on the protection of sensitive information. Unless it is necessary for core functions and we have obtained your explicit authorization, we do not collect sensitive data such as location information, contacts, or camera data.
When sensitive information is involved, we will seek your separate consent through prominent means and provide a clear explanation of the purpose. You can withdraw authorization at any time through device settings.

7. Protection of Minors
This App is not directed at users under the age of 13. If information is inadvertently collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately. Guardians can contact us using the information provided at the end of this agreement.
8. Agreement Updates
We may revise this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through prominent means within the App. Continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the updated content.
