Dr. JOAN RUÉ DOMINGO He has been a professor at the Department of Aplied Pedagogy of the UAB and the Director of the same. Specialized in Teacher Training, Didactics and curricular Development. Author of several books, he has developed seminars and training workshops in several Spanish and Latin American universities and has coordinated scientific meetings on topics of Higher Educations. Member of scientist committee in several international journals. He has been President of RED-U and delegate of this network to ICED (International Consortium for Educational Development).

CONFERENCE: Cooperative learning: Preparing learners for constructive interactions and organizing peer interactions in academic tasks

Dra. CÉLINE BUCHS, Ph.D. in Social psychology, professor and researcher at the University of Psychology and Sciences at the University of Geneva (Switzerland). She specialises in the area of Cooperative learning and social skills development. Her main research interests are focused on the social dimensions in teaching-learning situations among peers, the transformation of knowledge, the effects of the practices of evaluation on motivation and learning.
