I am currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at the National University of Singapore. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2021 and was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

In my research, I primarily use experiments in the real world to study topics related to group work, gender disparities, discrimination, skills, and well-being. 

I am a CESifo Research Network Affiliate.
