I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, National University of Singapore

I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich in 2021 and was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

I use a combination of experiments and quasi-experimental methods to study topics related to inequality, discrimination, and skill accumulation. A central theme of my research is to investigate how identity and social status shape beliefs, choices, educational attainment, and labor market outcomes.

Fields: labor economics, behavioral/experimental economics
