Xiao-Qi Lu

I am now a 3rd year PhD student at the University of Glasgow under the supervision of  Runlian Xia. I completed my master's degree under the supervisor of Chi-Keung Ng in Chern institute of mathematics at Nankai University.

 My research interests lie in operator algebras and non-commutative analysis, and their interplays with geometric group theory. Now I am working with the boundedness and approximating properties of Fourier multipliers on non-commutative Lp-spaces.

I am a mentee in the Operator Algebras Mentor Network (OAMN) and also a local committee member in Piscopia.
