How to Use the CSV Upload Feature

The CSV upload feature allows you to quickly add or replace all your custom question rules in the Xero Form Collector extension.

CSV File Format

Your CSV file must have two columns with the exact following headers in the first row:

Label,Question

• Label: The exact field name from the Xero tax form that you want to attach a question to (e.g., "Work-related car expenses").

• Question: The query or note you want to appear for that label. You can add multiple comma separated for same label

Example:

Label, Question

Salary or wages,"Does this amount match the final payslip?, Did you have employment change?, Please provide the ATO pre-fill report for this amount."

Work-related car expenses,"Include cost related to your work-related travel only."
