About Xenia Alchemy

My name is Xenia, and ever since I learned how to read, thanks to my father, I’ve had access to old books on alternative medicine from the Balkan region, where I am originally from. From a very young age, I began experimenting with potions, creams, and all kinds of homemade goodies. The first thing I ever made supervised by my Granny Mila was a calendula ointment, and I still remember how it made me feel—captivated by the world of magic, scents, and the beautiful, loving nature that provides us with everything we need.

I source many of my ingredients from the Catalonian forests where I live, my homeland Croatia and I’m especially passionate about collecting and using resins, as well as the beautiful Croatian golden immortelle oil.

During my many travels to North Africa, I fell in love with the Maghreb area and the way the women there care for their skin. Therefore I try to include a bit of their magic into my recipes.

I create small, fresh batches per order to ensure the quality and uniqueness of my homemade creations. As I’ve just started on this journey, I kindly ask for your understanding and patience if there are any discrepancies with the packaging, as I am in the process of removing all plastic.

Traditional recipes mainly use animal-based ingredients but I also make vegan alternatives.

Through my years of experience, I’ve learned many folk recipes so keep in mind you can contact me with whatever ailment you might have: from hemorrhoid and yeast infection solutions, and I’m happy to share recipes or prepare something special just for you. In good spirits
