This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by XDN on Google Play that display or link to this policy, including the game “XDNSlider” (collectively, the “Apps”). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about our data practices. This document explains what information we do not collect, use, or share.

1. Information We Do Not Collect
   Our Apps are designed to work entirely offline and do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or non-personal data. In particular, our Apps:
   
   

• Do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details.
  
  

• Do not collect any user-generated content (such as photos, videos, text, or audio).
  
  

• Do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or precise or approximate location.
  
  

• Do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or crash reports.
  
  

• Do not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, or any similar sensitive data.
  All gameplay and logic run locally on your device. We do not have any access to your device’s content or your personal information.
  
  

2. Permissions and Device Access
   Our Apps do not request or require any sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, storage, or contacts, and do not use background services or hidden processes to access data. If a future version of an App requires any permission, it will be only for providing a specific feature, and we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
   
   

3. Third-Party Services
   Our Apps do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools, do not display ads, and do not integrate any external SDKs that collect user data. Any data that may be collected by Google Play, your device manufacturer, or your network provider (for example, for app installation statistics, store recommendations, or system logs) is handled under their own privacy policies. We do not control or have access to that information.
   
   

4. Children’s Privacy
   Our Apps do not collect any personal information from users, including children under the age of 13 (or under the age required by local law). Because we do not collect any data at all, we do not knowingly collect, store, or share information from children.
   
   

5. Data Retention and Deletion
   Since our Apps do not collect or store any user data on our servers or in any external database, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Any game progress or settings are stored locally on your device (if applicable) and are fully under your control. Uninstalling the app will remove such local data.
   
   

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we release new Apps or add features that require data processing. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and ensure that any new versions of our Apps link to the updated policy. Any future changes will always maintain compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
