About the App.
XCMG built the “XCMG Machinery” app as a free app to be used by its clients and non-clients. This App is intended to be utilized by XCMG’s customers in order to give them an insight about the historical and real-time status of mining machines being employed in the mining sites. This app also tries to present company’s products and hardware parts to the potential customers who don’t know the company very well.
XCMG’s customer will receive an automatic generated username and password through the company’s CRM where the contact information of customers is registered there. By the provided login details, customers will be able to use “XCMG Machinery” app and see the information of just mining machines come under their contract. For the non-registered clients also they can skip the login page and consequently have directly access to XCMG’s general documents as well as the machinery parts.
No Usage Statistics
XCMG complies with the GDPR polices and rules.
“XCMG Machinery” app DON'T send any data to our or other vendor's server.
We don't push Ads to you, and we don't collect your usage data.
“XCMG Machinery” app doesn’t collect nor use any personal data.
Our app is not even linked to any external sites nor third-party apps. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
