Jason Johnson Tech ("we", "us", "our") built All Video Downloader HD Player (the "App") as an ad-supported application provided at no cost. This policy explains what data the App and the third-party services inside it collect, how that data is used and shared, and the rights and choices available to you.
The App has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not operate our own servers that store user content. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact detail.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.
The categories below correspond to those used in the Google Play Data safety section. This policy is intended to be consistent with our Data safety declaration.
Data that is collected and shared with third parties
Device or other IDs — Google Advertising ID (AAID), Firebase installation ID, and app instance ID. Used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
App activity — screens viewed, features used, ad interactions, and session length. Used for analytics, app improvement, and ad delivery.
App info and performance — crash logs, ANRs, diagnostics, and app and SDK version numbers. Used for stability and bug fixing.
Device information — hardware model, operating system version, language, screen size, and network type. Used for compatibility, performance, and ad delivery.
Data that is processed on your device only and never shared
5.Photos and videos, music and audio, files and documents — file names, paths, formats, durations, and thumbnails. Used for playback, browsing, and downloads. This content is never uploaded to us or to any third party, and it is removed when you delete the files or uninstall the App.
Data that is not collected at all
6. Personal information — we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number. The App requests no telephony permission and contains no software component that reads or transmits phone numbers.
The App includes advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services. These collect data automatically when you use the App and transmit it to their own servers, where it is processed under each provider's own privacy policy.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — provided by Google. Collects your Advertising ID, device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your interactions with advertisements. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Firebase Crashlytics — provided by Google. Collects crash logs, diagnostics, device state at the time of a crash, and your installation ID. Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase Cloud Messaging — provided by Google. Collects your device registration token in order to deliver notifications. Privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Install Referrer — provided by Google. Collects the install source and referrer string from Google Play. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Your advertising choices
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time by going to Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, and selecting Delete advertising ID. You can manage your Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com and read AdMob's opt-out guidance at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922. Uninstalling the App stops all collection entirely.
We use the data described above for the following purposes:
To operate the App's video and audio playback, download, and media library features
To display advertisements, including personalised advertising, which funds the free App
To measure ad performance and app install attribution
To understand which features are used so we can improve the App
To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs
To deliver notifications that you have permitted
To prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic
To comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data for money. Sharing of advertising identifiers with advertising partners for personalised advertising may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under some United States state privacy laws. See Section 6 for your opt-out rights.
Data stored locally on your device, including your media library index and App settings, is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to each provider's own retention schedule, generally between 2 and 26 months for analytics and advertising data.
To request deletion of data associated with your device, email harsh.ramani@sprious.com and include your Advertising ID. We will action the request with our service providers where technically possible and respond within 30 days.
The App requests the following permissions:
Internet — to download content and load advertisements
Network state and Wi-Fi state — to check connectivity before starting downloads or loading advertisements
Read media video — to read video files and metadata for playback and library browsing
Read media images — to read image files and thumbnails displayed in the App
Read media audio — to read audio files and metadata for playback
Read and write external storage (Android 12L and below only) — to read and save media files on older Android versions
Write settings — to adjust screen brightness from within the video player
Post notifications — to show download progress and other notifications you have permitted
Advertising ID — to access the Google Advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement
Wake lock — to keep the screen on during video playback
Vibrate — to provide haptic feedback during interactions
Receive boot completed — to restore scheduled background tasks after the device restarts
You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking them may limit App functionality.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland
Our legal bases for processing are your consent, for personalised advertising and analytics, collected through the consent prompt shown in the App; and our legitimate interests, for app security, crash diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If you are a resident of California or another United States state with a comprehensive privacy law
You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion or correction of that information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To opt out, delete or reset your Advertising ID as described in Section 2, or email us with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line.
How to exercise your rights
Email harsh.ramani@sprious.com. We may need your Advertising ID in order to locate the relevant data. We respond within 30 days, or within 45 days for requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act, extendable once where permitted by law.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted by the App and its integrated services, and we rely on the security controls of Google for the data they process on our behalf. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
The App and the advertisements it displays may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will also be reflected in our Google Play Data safety section. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
