AreaX Engineering ("we", "our", or "us") operates the XCAD Mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Offline Operation & Data Security XCAD Mobile is designed with your privacy and security as the highest priority. The App operates completely offline.

• We do not upload, transmit, or store your CAD files, drawings, or projects (e.g., .xcad, .dxf) on any external servers.

• All your designs and data remain locally stored on your personal device.

2. App Permissions To function correctly, XCAD Mobile requires access to your device's local storage solely for the purpose of opening, saving, and exporting your project files. We do not access photos, contacts, or other personal files unrelated to the App's core functionality.

3. Analytics and Third-Party Services Currently, the App does not use any third-party analytics trackers that collect personally identifiable information. If future versions include in-app purchases (via Google Play Billing), payment processing will be handled securely by Google, and we will not have access to your financial information.

تقوم مؤسسة AreaX Engineering ("نحن" أو "خاصتنا") بتشغيل تطبيق XCAD Mobile ("التطبيق"). تُعلمك هذه الصفحة بسياساتنا المتعلقة بجمع واستخدام والكشف عن البيانات الشخصية عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا.

1. العمل بدون إنترنت وأمن البيانات تم تصميم تطبيق XCAD Mobile مع وضع خصوصيتك وأمانك كأولوية قصوى. يعمل التطبيق بشكل كامل بدون اتصال بالإنترنت (Offline).

• نحن لا نقوم برفع، أو نقل، أو تخزين ملفاتك الهندسية، أو رسوماتك، أو مشاريعك (مثل .xcad أو .dxf) على أي خوادم خارجية.

• تظل جميع تصميماتك وبياناتك مخزنة محلياً وبشكل آمن على جهازك الشخصي فقط.

2. أذونات التطبيق (Permissions) لكي يعمل التطبيق بشكل صحيح، فإنه يطلب الوصول إلى وحدة التخزين المحلية لجهازك بغرض وحيد وهو فتح، وحفظ، وتصدير ملفات مشاريعك. نحن لا نصل إلى الصور، أو جهات الاتصال، أو أي ملفات شخصية أخرى لا تتعلق بالوظيفة الأساسية للتطبيق.

3. التحليلات وخدمات الأطراف الثالثة حالياً، لا يستخدم التطبيق أي متتبعات تحليلية خارجية تجمع معلومات تعريف شخصية. إذا تضمنت الإصدارات المستقبلية عمليات شراء داخل التطبيق (عبر Google Play Billing)، فسيتم التعامل مع معالجة الدفع بشكل آمن بواسطة Google، ولن يكون لدينا أي وصول إلى معلوماتك المالية.
