Several crushing steps may be required to obtain the desired end product.
There are several characteristics to consider:
Ⅰ.The abrasiveness and hardness factor. It is essential to know what material is going to be crushed, in particular its abrasiveness and hardness. You must evaluate the compressive strength or maximum force that the material can withstand before breaking.
Ⅱ.The dimensions. You will need to consider the maximum dimensions you need to enter into the machine (length, width and thickness).
Ⅲ.Granulometric requirement. It is necessary to define the desired result i.e. the grain size after crushing.
Ⅳ.The capacity (throughput). You will need to determine the processing capacity (or throughput) necessary for your use. This is measured in tonnes/hour.

XC INTELLIGENT entered the market with the XC106 Mobile Jaw Crusher machine and the XC1213 Mobile Impact Crusher machine, a high-performance mobile jaw crusher and impact crusher unit today used by a wide range of operators around the world. The beauty of bringing both of these machines to the market is that both of these mobile rock crushers are capable of using the same chassis structure. The generic tracked chassis is Cummins engine powered to ensure maximum power and torque whilst keeping emission levels as low as possible. Supplied as standard with a 14ft (4.3mtr) variable speed vibrating grizzly feeder, hydraulic hopper wing extensions, an overband magnet, and side discharge dirt belt.
This generic chassis allows for the placement of either crushing chamber giving the dealer immense flexibility in his rental fleet and the ability to reduce inventory costs. This will increase fleet utilization by allowing the versatility of converting the machine from a Jaw to an Impactor unit and vice versa in minimal time.
