hi, i know i've seen a lot of people have this same issue and i have a few friends who deal with it too. basically, whenever there's a game update or if i'm downloading something from the store, if i "shut off" my xbox (which just puts it into sleep mode), nothing will continue downloading. sometimes it works and if i download a gamepass game, for example, and shut off my xbox, it might have continued downloading and finished by the time i turn it back on. but not always.
