Usage Rights:

All commissions are for personal use only. Reselling or claiming the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.

Edits and Revisions:

Edits are allowed during the sketch phase, coloring phase, lighting phase, and finishing phase. However, significant changes may result in additional fees, depending on the complexity.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds are only available before I start the first sketch, after that no refunds will be made. 

Right to Decline

I reserve the sole right to deny a commission request for any reason without the need for further explanation, and the amount that will be returned (will include a reduction of the original amount that ko-fi and paypal charge on the transition)

By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
