Research Summary

I am currently postdoctoral research associate at the Maxwell Institute (Heriot-Watt university and the University of Edinburgh) in Edinburgh. I work with collaborators in University of California Berkeley on eco-evolutionary models and with collaborators in Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha on vector-borne diseases within tick-host systems.

My research interests lie in the mathematical modelling of epidemiological and ecological systems, to help better understand the relevant systems and hopefully have an impact on the real world. Other academic interests include data analysis and the use of programming languages.
