Events

Our game nights are held:

6pm-9:30pm, second Sunday of each month

at Bishampton Villages Hall, WR10 2LY

Here's how a Game Night works

We ask for a small contribution on the door toward hall hire (recommended donation: £0 your first time, £2 subsequently. It's always voluntary and pay-what-you-want).

You might play one bigger game, or a few smaller games through the evening.

People will spend most of the night sat at various tables in one big hall.

Some people might play an tabletop RPG in an adjoining room (express your interest and preferences for RPG games here).

We'll offer refreshments. You can also bring your own snacks and beverages.

We'll always make sure that people divide into enough tables that you should always have a game to join - as long as you're not super late to the beginning of the session! If you're playing shorter games there might be a little wait between games, as tables break up and re-form etc, but again we encourage all players to make sure no one is left without a game to play.

Choosing and bringing games

You are very welcome to just turn up and find a game to play / table to join.

You can also just bring your own game/games (at your own risk).

Or if you like, you may try to arrange a game in advance via our Facebook group.

If you're new to the club, or new to gaming in general, we'll try and help answer any questions you may have, and point you at a "gateway" or entry-level game, if you like.

We welcome anyone who wants to play tabletop games: be that board games, card games, miniatures games, or tabletop role-play games (RPGs).
