HOA Board and Committees

The board and committee leadership meets monthly and as necessary for special needs.

The annual general membership association meeting is held each Fall in conjunction with our Fall social event. It is at the annual meeting that leaders are elected and strategic plans and budgets are shared. Additional meetings requiring association members vote are scheduled and held with notice.

The board communicates regularly with the homeowners regarding pertinent neighborhood activities, requirements and other notifications as necessary.

- Leader of the HOA Board
- Supports and guides the HOA Committees and Board members
- Spokesperson for the HOA

Vice-President

Sukey McGolrick

- Member of HOA Board
- Supports president in his/her duties
- Distributes resale package to new homeowners to comply with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR)
- Distributes New Neighbor Welcome package

Secretary

Alicia Wendel

- Member of HOA Board
- Documents minutes for Board and Community meetings
- Assists with regular communications and updates to Community
- Maintains Community directory and coordinates its publication
- Maintains and distributes copies of HOA Covenants, By-Laws and Amendments to homeowners

Treasurer

John Supernaw

- Member of HOA Board
- Maintain financial records for HOA (budget vs. actual, checking book, tax reporting, etc.)
- Collects HOA annual dues from homeowners and confirms payment with settlement agents
- Pays HOA bills
- Allocates money, as requested to HOA Committees.

Provides project support to the HOA board.

COMMITTEES

Architectural Review Committee

- Review homeowners' requests for additions and changes to their lot and home
- Maintain neighborhood-wide compliance of Covenants.
- Advise HOA Board of Covenant violations.

Beautification Committee

Kristen McQuisten Terri Somerday

- Coordinate volunteers or service providers to perform routine maintenance on common ground areas (e.g. landscaping, electrical, utilities, etc.)
- Coordinate projects to improve common ground areas.

Social Committee

Jinu Patel Dani Chonko

- Promote community involvement.
- Organize social events and activities.

Digital Data & Website Committee

Vivek Rajan

- Maintain website, ensuring that all information, board contacts, and forms are up to date
- Maintain current list of email addresses & neighborhood communication subscriptions
- Assists with Wrike
