So i wanted to play some Minecraft beta 1.7 but i can't select it in the launcher. Also I don't have the option "historical" on the installations tab. The oldest version I can select is release 1.0.

While in the past we would release a beta about a month before the general update was available, we are now releasing more frequent betas. These will be as often as monthly but may vary in frequency based on testing needs. This will help us get your feedback sooner and ensure our general release updates provide a smooth experience.

Millions of Minecraft gamers across the globe will get to experience their self-created worlds more vividly than ever before when Minecraft with RTX moves to open beta on Windows 10 this week and introduces realistic shadows, lighting and vibrant colors to the best-selling videogame of all time.

On Thursday, at 10 a.m. Pacific time, Minecraft players on Windows 10 can download the beta of the highly anticipated free game update, unleashing a next-generation graphical makeover that includes real-time ray tracing, more realistic materials and NVIDIA DLSS 2.0.

Six Gorgeous New Minecraft Worlds to Play in, Build and Explore

To celebrate the open beta of Minecraft with RTX, NVIDIA has worked with some of the most talented Minecraft creators to make six new Minecraft worlds available to gamers that show off the dramatic possibilities that ray tracing and PBR textures bring to the game. Selected due to their fantastic track record of making captivating contributions in the Minecraft community, these creators delivered exciting results.

Minecraft with RTX will come as a free update later this year to users that own Minecraft on Windows 10. Players will need to sign up for the Minecraft Windows 10 RTX beta through the Xbox Insider Hub on April 16. The beta worlds will be downloadable for free from the Minecraft Marketplace on April 16. Players will also need a GeForce RTX 2060 GPU or higher and the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver.

Help developers test beta versions of their apps and App Clips using the TestFlight app. Download TestFlight on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Watch, and iMessage. Apple Vision Pro will already have TestFlight installed.

Each build is available to test for up to 90 days, starting from the day the developer uploads their build. You can see how many days you have left for testing under the app name in TestFlight. TestFlight will notify you each time a new build is available and will include instructions on what you need to test. Alternatively, with TestFlight 3 or later, you can turn on automatic updates to have the latest beta builds install automatically.

When the testing period is over, you'll no longer be able to open the beta build. To install the App Store version of the app, download or purchase the app from the App Store. In-app purchases are free only during beta testing, and any in-app purchases made during testing will not carry over to App Store versions.

Note: To automatically download additional in-app content and assets in the background once a beta app is installed in iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or macOS 13, turn on Additional In-App Content in your App Store settings for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

You can send feedback through the TestFlight app or directly from the beta app or beta App Clip by taking a screenshot, and you can report a crash after it occurs. If you were invited to test an app with a public link, you can choose not to provide your email address or other personal information to the developer. Apple will also receive all feedback you submit and will be able to tie it to your Apple ID.

If your device is running iOS 12.4 or earlier, tap Send Beta Feedback to compose an email to the developer. The feedback email contains detailed information about the beta app and about your iOS device. You can also provide additional information, such as necessary screenshots and steps required to reproduce any issues. Your email address will be visible to the developer when you send email feedback through the TestFlight app even if you were invited through a public link.

When you take a screenshot while testing a beta app or beta App Clip, you can send the screenshot with feedback directly to the developer without leaving the app or App Clip Experience. Developers can opt out of receiving this type of feedback, so this option is only available if the developer has it enabled.

When you test beta apps or beta App Clips with TestFlight, Apple will collect and send crash logs, your personal information such as name and email address, usage information, and any feedback you submit to the developer. Information that is emailed to the developer directly is not shared with Apple. The developer is permitted to use this information only to improve their App and is not permitted to share it with a third party. Apple may use this information to improve the TestFlight app and detect and prevent fraud.

When you send feedback through TestFlight or send crash reports or screenshots from the beta app, the following additional information is shared. This information is collected by Apple and shared with developers. Apple retains the data for one year.

With each retail version of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, there are a few features that are currently in an experimental state. Experimental Features can be toggled on for creators who are interested in testing the latest features offered in the beta, preview, and retail versions of Minecraft.

There are three sets of experimental features available, depending on whether you are using a stable (retail) version of Minecraft, the latest version of Minecraft Preview, or a beta version of Minecraft.

hopefully you can emulate them again! I know how it feels to lose a ps3 sadly, mine froze and just stopped working completely. Along with the disc, I have no clue where it went. I just wanted to say your comment really brought me back when I did play minecraft on the ps3, when I was sick from school (2nd grade) and hopped on my parents ps3 and played minecraft almost all day, waiting for me to feel better. This game brings a smile, nostalgic feeling to me. Ps3 slims I think are a lot more cheaper than the actual ps3's (base model) I'm pretty sure you can find one on ebay a lot cheaper! Good luck to getting a ps3 again so you can relive the times when you played Minecraft: PS3 Edition. :)

So I'm not completely sure as I've never had a PS3, but I remember hearing something on a Reddit thread that a bricked PS3 can be fixed by just dropping it straight down, just like picking it straight up a foot off the ground and dropping it. I heard about 3 different people saying it worked I think. Although Reddit sometimes isn't the best place to get tech advice, if you're completely out of options and willing to try anything, it might be worth a shot.

Tbh, this soundtrack was SUPER nostalgic to me. I played on my PS3 all the time when I was young. However, eventually the controllers stopped working, and sure, we got new games when the controllers still had little life in them, but it was too late. My parents didn't like the idea of getting new ones, so they put it on the lawn (Along side a normal PS3 a friend donated) and SHOT THEM BOTH. However, I saved the discs that we have, and eventually I'm hoping I can get a emulator and play those games again! Or I could get another PS3 Slim with 2 controllers, but they are probably expensive together.

Like most other people who have commented here, I LOVE retro stuff. When I heard of Sonic (From the movies somehow) I looked so far back, I know nearly all the games from 1991 to 2023. I even play games that are older than me, thanks to Nintendo Switch Online. And Yes, the Switch is way too bland and it needs to be more Alive, like the 3DS and Wii U. It's sad to see a company known for being aimed at kids has fallen to a depressed adult like McDonald's. I know a lot of people are mad I said that, but to me the burgers taste like cardboard, the burgers don't fill you up, and the chips are too small. However, the chicken nuggets are awsome, but we don't go there just for chicken nuggets. Hungry Jacks/Burger king is way better in my opinion. And all of the people go to McDonald's... And also, all the jerks go there too! Speaking of Jerks...

My school is full of them! You can go to the bathroom in lessons (If you have the right teacher) and you might see some dude vaping or on his phone. I can tell from noise alone, girls are doing TikToks in the bathroom, because TikTok is a plague, and anyone who uses it is dead to me. You could also say Youtube shorts, and yes, but then my sister would be dead to me. Youtube shorts tried to be TikTok, but became Tiktok. And people know that if they have the Tiktok logo, they won't get any money from their videos. So they crop the videos and make 2x the money. Gen Z is probably the worst type of people, and Gen X isn't that far behind. I think the ban on phones at school is a good idea, just people will try to go to the bathroom alot more to do such and such. I am just disappointed in our generation, as nearly everyone is a jerk, an Idiot, or a person with nothing better to do than to make others sadder than them.
