This page will be updated soon with my research topics/projects.

My primary research interests include Internet of Things, wireless body sensor networks, wearable devices for health monitoring systems, FPGAs and SoCs integration within the IoT ecosystem, application-specific IoT system design, AI-enabled edge IoT applications, web application development, low-powered wireless personal area network systems and protocols, information processing and data fusion for IoT-based embedded systems.

I welcome students who are interested in enrolling in ECE 497 or ECE 597 (Special Problems) related to the topics mentioned above. However, some prior knowledge in these areas is expected (e.g., computer networks for IoT topics, Arduino and/or Raspberry Pi experience(s) for embedded system topics, etc). Due to limited availability, I am able to mentor only a limited number of students each semester and seek those who are dedicated, diligent, hardworking, and deeply committed to their research and learning.
