A USDA-NIFA project run by the University of Wyoming, with partners at the Northern Plains Climate Hub, Wyoming Climate Office, Western Water Assessment, and NOAA National Drought Information System. Together, we aim to enhance the drought resilience of rural, agricultural communities in Wyoming by increasing the capacity of Extension professionals and other local Technical Service Providers who serve Wyoming agricultural communities.
