Empowering today’s leaders, supporting tomorrow’s builders, and strengthening Lewis County for everyone.
District 3
Hi, I’m Wyatt Wagner, and I’m proud to call Lewis County my home. I moved here in 2016 as a military brat—my dad has served in the Army for 22 years. Since then, I’ve built my life here, starting a family with my girlfriend by caring for our 4 pet rats, 1 cat, and 1 dog.
I have high-functioning autism and dysthymic disorder, and my experiences have shaped my belief in resilience, empathy, and giving everyone a chance. While I’m young, my life experiences are substantial, and I know that experience matters more than age.
I’m passionate about empowering youth, supporting families, and making Lewis County a place where young people want to return as professionals. As the Founder and Director of Youth of Lewis County, I’ve worked to create opportunities for young people through weekly activities, leadership development, and advocacy. I’ve also served as:
Previous Co-Chair of the Lewis County Community Services Board and the Developmental Disabilities Subcommittee.
Youth Representative on the Lewis County System of Care Committee.
Previous Youth Representative for Lewis County on the Governor’s Youth Council.
Founder and Director of YOLC and the Lewis County Renaissance Faire.
In my professional life, I serve as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with DPAO and provide Youth Peer Advocate (YPA) services to help young people navigate challenges and find their voice.
I believe in listening, not imposing judgment. My goal is to ensure Lewis County thrives—not just today, but for generations to come.
