ST. Harris Valley - Twin Town Anomaly - Small mining towns of Saint Anthony and Jackobsville in the Rockies went missing after the volcanic eruption of Saint Helen on May 18th 1980. Neither structures nor people are ever recovered.
Theory: The towns never existed in the first place since nobody is reported to have accounted for any of the people missing. One of at least 80 of the USA's 'Town-Mapping Scheme' - places only depicted on maps to bolster a larger population to posture against USSR intel.
