Swan Laboratory Services is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect minimal personal information (such as your name and email address) when you contact us or use our services. This information is used only to respond to inquiries, manage appointments, and deliver test results. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties unless required by law. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel.
By using our website or services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in this policy.
For any questions regarding your data, please contact us at swanlaboratoryservices@gmail.com
By using Swan Laboratory Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scope of Service
We provide on-site water quality audits using professional-grade digital instrumentation. Our service is designed to provide immediate, indicative results for general guidance (e.g., garden health, stain prevention, and general property maintenance).
Accuracy & Limitations
While we use high-precision Apera and Hanna equipment, our on-site testing is not a substitute for NATA-accredited laboratory analysis. Results should not be used for regulatory compliance, health certifications, or as the sole basis for determining the safety of drinking water. Swan Laboratory Services is not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on the data provided.
Pricing & Travel
Audit Fee: $165.00 per visit.
Travel: Includes up to 20km of travel from Swan View, WA. Locations beyond this radius will incur a travel surcharge of $1.50 per kilometre.
Payment: Fees are due in full at the time of the on-site consultation via [Cash/Mobile Card Reader] unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Site Access
The client must ensure safe and clear access to the water source (bore head, tap, or tank) at the scheduled time. If the bore is non-functional or inaccessible upon arrival, the standard service fee still applies.
Updates to Terms
Swan Laboratory Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
If you have questions, please contact us at swanlaboratoryservices@gmail.com
Indicative Results Only
Swan Laboratory Services provides on-site, non-certified water testing using professional-grade digital instrumentation. These results are indicative and intended for general guidance, such as monitoring garden health, irrigation suitability, and infrastructure maintenance (e.g., preventing staining or scale).
No Health or Regulatory Compliance
Our testing is not accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) or any government body. Results must not be used for:
Confirming the safety of drinking (potable) water.
Regulatory or legal compliance.
Health-related certifications.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high precision, environmental factors and sample timing can affect outcomes. Swan Laboratory Services is not liable for any damages, losses, or health outcomes resulting from decisions made based on these indicative results. For legally binding or health-critical data, we strongly recommend testing through a WA Health-accredited laboratory.
