PROJECT 1: Full interior home renovation. Replaced the old carpets into new vinyl and engineering floors. Changed the kitchen and living room into open concept. Added a brand new 3-piece bathroom in the family room. Updated existing fireplace to electric fireplace. Finished the basement including bedroom, living room, bathroom (added concrete to raise the slab-on-grade foundation to reduce humidity, added the insulation to wall); arrange professional cleaning services based on project completion date for seamless transition.
