The Adventures of Scrumbelina

What Should I Do Next

Have a crack at the journey and see what choices you'd make. See what you think, we'd love to hear from you?

  • Are there any experiences that you have had that would fit as one of the choices Scrumbelina faces? If so, we'd love to use it as an example so get in touch via the feedback section and we can get it shared.

As we say, this is a tool for the community, ideally led by the community so any feedback or suggestions are more than welcome.

Who is this for?

This tool is aimed at a number of people but mainly those who have an interest in business agility.

  • You may be a Scrum Master, PO, or Coach who is keen to learn from other people's experiences.

  • You may be an experienced Scrum Master, PO, or Coach who uses this as a tool to take a new team through early on in their journey so they have an idea of some of the decisions they may face in the future.

  • You may be part of a team that have recently been asked to work in a new way hoping to leverage business agility and you want to find out more about the possibilities.

  • Ultimately, it is for everyone to use in whichever way they see fit for their benefit in increasing knowledge and understanding of business agility

Who are we?

We are four friends that had a couple of ideas that melded into one and this is the MVP for those ideas for the time being. Right now, that idea is to create something that not only can help the community from experiences shared but be owned and led by the community where the possibilities are endless. Feel free to get in touch via the feedback section if you have more questions.

Why have we created it?

We wanted to create a tool that is both community owned and could be community led that shares experience so others can benefit from hindsight. So much of our roles are influenced by our choices, none more so than the ones we got wrong along the way. Even the ones we got right, we may have bettered the choice so this tool gives us the chance to share these choices.

So what is this?

This is a tool for individuals and teams to use so they can explore the journey of a Scrum Master called Belina and learn by experience how choices made can influence both team, individual, and product growth. The journey sometimes nods its cap to the fairytale of Thumbelina but it is more about the decisions and experiences faced by Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches in their day to day roles.

I like it, how do I get involved?

The best way to get involved is to use the feedback section above. We'd love it if you:

  • Have an experience of facing one of the choices Belina faces that you could share

  • Have an idea for a decision Belina may face in the future

  • Want to provide a sketch or image that we could use for any part of the journey we have mapped or may map in the future
