You can borrow the book by your student ID Card. There is no need for another card.

What is the Criteria to avail the Book Bank Scheme
Under this scheme the LRC issue three books to meritorious students and three books to economically weak students. The LRC selects three students from each class for both categories.
What is the Criteria to avail the Book Issue on Deposit Scheme
The student wants the book after clearance, then LRC issue the book on deposit. The whole amount of book and extra 100/- they have to deposit. The book will be issued in 15 Days. After returning the book, the whole amount returns to the student.
