Terms & Conditions

1. The terms and conditions herein shall be binding upon the named client and Ronny Cush.

3. In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits shall not be refundable. 

4. This order shall be no more than one edited video.

5. No part of this order shall be delivered before the balance, if any, is settled. 

6. This order shall be delivered on an electronic media, or by electronic transfer.

7. By making a deposit in respect of this order, the client shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. 

8. The client shall be available to receive the finished copy of this video within thirty days after notification of it's completion. There after this order shall be deemed closed.

9. Ronny Cush's liability shall be limited to a refund.
