PENMEN project

To date penicillin allergy remains the most common drug allergy reported by 1 in 10 people. However, over 90% of penicillin allergy records are incorrect. Having an incorrect penicillin allergy record often leads to use of second line antibiotics which cause adverse health outcomes. 

In PENMEN project researchers aim to explore how to increase penicillin allergy assessment in primary care.

We are looking for pharmacists and general practitioners who are working in primary care in England to take part in an online interview. We will reimburse for your time.
