5.    Reference Check

Resumes often state, 'References are available upon request.' Perhaps you are wondering what this means. You may need to check the references you provide for the employer to verify the accuracy of your employment and education history. A potential employer has the full authority to deny your application if you provide any false information regarding your background.

6.    Professional Qualification Check

This check is designed to verify that the applicant has the applicable membership and that it is still valid and not expired. Certain occupations require a specific professional license, such as careers in medicine or real estate.
