Our merchandise is guaranteed for life. This means that we understand life isn't always fair and accidents happen. We make our jewelry from recycled & up-cycled materials. We cant always guarantee the quality of our vintage & estate treasures that we often transform into any number of new creations. What we can do is give you this promise : " We promise to help you maintain the original quality of any item you buy from us for as long as you own it. We will repair, replace, renew, resize, repolish or remake your item to ensure your complete & joyous satisfaction".
We want you to love what you buy and wear it like a smile for years to come. Therefore, if you need your purchased item sized, cleaned, polished, buffed to remove scratches, repaired in any way that we are physically able to complete, we will happily do this for free! In return, we ask that you take reasonably good care of your purchased item. Reasonable Care is defined as the following
1.) Refrain from dropping your purchased item into a boiling vat of sulfuric acid. For obvious reasons, this would not be conducive to caring for your jewelry.
2.) Do your best to keep your purchased item off of railroad tracks, especially when a train is preparing to pass. This type of negligence would not bode well for your jewelry.
3.) Remove your purchased item before sleeping, showering, swimming or sweating at the gym or while running,etc.
4) Polish your jewelry once or twice annually with Renaissance Wax. You can find small containers of this amazing Crystalline Wax in our products. Or, bring it to us and we will polish it for free!
We use antique silverware, recycled ♻️ Copper, Estate Jewelry and other used, upcycled products in our jewelry. Our jewelry is art. It is not made from pure metals and perfect gemstones. Some metals tarnish, oxidize, turn color, handle heat, attract 🧲, etc. If the metal of your necklace turns your neck green, this does not mean you were duped and deserve a refund. Oftentimes, it is the purest metals that do oxidize and turn black or green, such as pure silver or Copper. This why we use high quality glazes such as Everbrite and Renaissance Wax to seal the metal and retard the oxidation process.
All of our sales are final. We will be as honest and descriptive as possible and are more than willing to answer all your questions prior to purchase.
***If the item you receive is not what was pictured or described in the listing, you have one week to contact us and request to return the item. In a situation like this, once we receive the item in its original condition, we will gladly accept your return and mail the correct item. We will NOT PROVIDE CASH OR MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR A RETURN. We will gladly provide a gift card if you so choose.
***If the item you receive is damaged or has evidence of poor workmanship, you have one week to contact us and request to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will gladly accept your return and compensate you with an item of equal value or we will remake the item for you. This is your choice as we want you to be completely satisfied. We will NOT PROVIDE CASH OR MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR A RETURN. We will gladly provide a gift card if you so choose.
We will not exchange your purchased item for a different item simply because you changed your mind. Study the pictures closely and ask questions before purchasing. Your decision is final. We will gladly clean, size, polish, buff or repair your purchased item for free for as long as you own the item. Here are the instructions for returning am item you received by mistake and for mailing an item to be cleaned, sized, polished, buffed or repaired:
1.) Place item in a plastic zip-lock bag with a note that states:
a. Your name
b. Your mailing address
c. Your email address
d. Your phone number
e. What you love about the item & what needs improved or replaced
f. the service you are requesting.

returning item because the item is damaged or of poor quality
returning item for one of above reasons & requesting gift card
repair (include detailed description of repair needed)
replacement clasp, stone, pendant, etc..
cleaning
polishing
buffing to remove scratches
applying wax or glaze
sizing (include the desired size)
2.) Place all listed items PLUS AN EMPTY, SELF ADDRESSED, PADDED ENVELOPE WITH PAID RETURN POSTAGE into a padded envelope OR small box and mail them to
