The primary purpose of AslQalqon is to improve device security by helping users identify potentially unsafe APK files before or during installation.
Malicious APK files may be distributed through websites, messaging applications, social networks, file-sharing platforms, or other external sources. These applications may attempt to steal personal information, compromise financial applications, or negatively affect device security.
AslQalqon analyzes APK files and APK installation events using security features explicitly enabled by the user and provides security warnings when potential risks are detected.
The App is intended solely for security protection and does not perform advertising, tracking, or user profiling.

# 2. Information We Collect and Process
AslQalqon does not require user registration or account creation.
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
Personal information is not transmitted to external servers.
All security analysis is performed locally on the user's device.
The App may process the following technical information:
### Installed Applications
Package names, requested permissions, application signatures, and other technical metadata necessary for local security analysis.
This information is processed only on the device and is never transmitted to external servers.
### APK Files
APK files explicitly selected by the user or identified through the App's security features may be scanned locally to detect potential security risks.
APK file contents are not uploaded or transmitted to external servers.
### Security Statistics
Local records such as scan results, detected threats, blocked installation attempts, and security events may be stored on the device.
These records remain on the device unless removed by the user.
The technical information described above is never used for advertising, analytics, marketing, or creating user profiles.

# 3. Android Permissions
AslQalqon requests only the permissions required for its security functionality.
## FOREGROUND_SERVICE
Used to perform local APK security scanning and protection tasks while the App is running.
## FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE
Used to support continuous execution of the App's security protection features that have been explicitly enabled by the user.
## QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Used to analyze technical information about installed applications in order to identify potential security risks and provide security warnings.
No information obtained through this permission is shared with third parties.
## MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Used only to locate and scan APK files stored on the device when required by security features enabled by the user.
The App does not modify, replace, or delete user files through this permission.

# 4. REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES Permission
AslQalqon uses the REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission only after the user explicitly selects an APK file for installation.
The App does not silently install applications.
Android always displays its official installation confirmation screen, and installation proceeds only after explicit user confirmation.
The App cannot install applications without the user's knowledge or consent.

# 5. Accessibility Service
AslQalqon uses Android Accessibility Service exclusively to provide APK installation security.
The Accessibility Service is disabled by default.
Users must manually enable the service through Android Accessibility Settings.
The Accessibility Service is used only to:
* detect when Android displays an APK installation screen;
* analyze information displayed within that APK installation screen that is necessary to evaluate installation safety;
* display security warnings about potentially unsafe APK installations;
* if the user has enabled APK Blocking and predefined security rules are met, help interrupt or cancel the APK installation process.
The Accessibility Service operates only while Android system screens related to APK installation are displayed.
It is not used to monitor user activity outside the APK installation process.
### Privacy and Security
The Accessibility Service does not:
* read personal messages;
* collect passwords;
* collect contacts;
* collect photographs or personal files;
* monitor applications unrelated to APK installation;
* record keystrokes;
* capture screen content for unrelated purposes;
* send Accessibility-related information to external servers.
Accessibility-related information is processed entirely on the user's device.
Information obtained through the Accessibility API is used exclusively for APK security protection.
It is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's security functionality.
### User Consent
Before enabling Accessibility Service, the App displays a clear and understandable disclosure explaining:
* why Accessibility permission is required;
* how the service works;
* what information is processed;
* how the information is used.
The user must manually enable the service through:
Settings → Accessibility → AslQalqon
The user may disable the service at any time.

### No Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties.
### Local Processing
Security analysis is performed locally on the user's device.
### Local Storage
Security logs, scan history, blocked installation events, and other security-related records may be stored locally on the device.
### User Control
Users may clear the App's data through Android Settings or uninstall the App at any time.
