Dairy products or milk products are a type of food produced from or containing the milk of mammals, most commonly cattle, water buffaloes, goats, sheep, and camels. Dairy products include food items such as yogurt, cheese and butter. A facility that produces dairy products is known as a dairy, or dairy factory.
DESCRIPTION
Dairying, often known as dairy farming, is a field of agriculture that involves the breeding, rearing, and use of dairy animals, usually cows, for the production of milk and other dairy products.
The cow and the water buffalo are the primary producers of milk for human use. In Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and other Asian nations, the goat is a significant milk provider. Goat's milk is also produced in Asia, America, and Europe although it is very unimportant in comparison to cow's milk. Some nations, notably Pakistan, produce buffalo milk in commercial amounts. Buffalo milk is utilized in the same way as cow milk when it is produced, and in certain locations, the community milk supply is made up of both.
