Chef Erika
Erika started cooking as a child, helping her mom make delicious Mexican and American meals. She graduated from the California Culinary Academy in Salinas where she learned French and world cuisine. She then worked in the front of the house at restaurants running their catering events and assisting in the kitchen. Erika believes that food at events should be not only delicious but memorable. She creates dishes that will have your guests talking about the meal far after the event is over.

Virtual and In Person Cooking Classes
