E. Scoring
Scoring is the same as an individual except the total will be adjusted by a membership
activity multiplier. Calculate the membership activity multiplier as follows:
1 - (Number of Club Members contacted / Number of Active Members)
The Membership Activity Multiplier would be divided into the score as above.
For example, if your club has 157 members and only 37 members contacted the “Club
Station” then the calculation would be 1- (37/157) or 0.764331
If the score used in the example of an individual above is the club score of 28 then the
multiplier would be applied as follows:
1001 / 0.764331 = 1,309.6
Seem a little complicated, but don’t worry we will calculate for you with your
submission.
Use this link to submit club score Club QSO Party Club Score Submission Link
Yes, it is self-serving to have your own club members contact your club station. The
more of your club members contacting the club station, the higher the multiplier.
