Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by CasaMedia ("we", "us", or "our"), a social media agency based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

CasaMedia provides social media services including but not limited to content creation, Instagram strategy, visual branding, and digital consulting. The scope of work and deliverables will be agreed upon via email or written proposal prior to the start of any engagement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant materials, brand assets, and necessary information required to execute services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit upfront unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due upon completion or according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees. All prices exclude VAT unless specified.

4. Revisions and Approvals

We offer up to two rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final approval from the client must be received in writing before publishing any material.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your brand and business information. Any sensitive materials shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final approved deliverables. CasaMedia retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Liability

CasaMedia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content approved and published.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Disclaimer: In the case of any discrepancies between these Terms and a signed written contract, the provisions of the signed contract shall prevail.
