Agenda will be written each day on easels at the stage and by the coffee tent. If we have to do the Quartzsite weather shuffle - it will be posted on our Facebook Group, Website and easels. (if you were here the past years…then well… you know!! 😂
Details about each session and a little background on the speakers
Look for the neighborhood signs when you park. Keep an eye out for washes and don't park in established roadways.
You can park outside the neighborhood areas, just note which area you are parked close to. Day parking is for those that need to bring a car to the stage/vendor area.

What to do in case you have an emergency while at the rally. Please read over it and know the area you are at. We hope we don't need to use it - but we want to be prepared! Also- remember to keep hydrated, drink plenty of water, just like the camels!
PS-I have given you all my phone number- please don't abuse it! Calls are for emergencies only, otherwise please come find me at the stage or the coffee tent and I'll be happy to chat with you there!

Calling all Chili Masters
and Salsa Savants!
🔥You’ve got just over a month to simmer, stir, perfect, and spice things up for our epic Chili Cookoff and Salsa (the food not dance!) Competition!
Here's the deal:
🌶️ Limited Space Available: Only 20 slots for chili and 20 slots for salsa! Don't miss out – 1 entry per category/per family
🏅 Prize for 1st place & Bragging Rights: Compete for the ultimate bragging rights!
📝 Rules: Homemade ONLY: All chili and salsa must be made from scratch using fresh or canned ingredients. No store-bought or restaurant-bought salsas or chili allowed! You can do corn, avocado or a favorite type of salsa. There will not be different categories to enter- just Chili or Salsa.
• Bring one crockpot (or similar size pot) full of chili.
• Bring at least a quart of your homemade salsa.
• Wagonmasters will provide chips
✅ Pre-Registration is Easy:

Include your name, what you are entering: chili, salsa or one of each along with salsa spice level (mild, medium, hot)
• On-Site Registration: Spots will also be available for registration at check-in, but don't wait – first come, first served!
• Last Chance to Register if slots are available: Friday, February 6th at 12:00 PM SHARP!
🌶️ Judging will take place Saturday afternoon. Keep in mind - There will not be electricity to plug in to keep chili warm.
🌭 After judging, we will have a hot dog roast and let rally attendees sample your chili and salsa. If you wish, you can bring extra of your entry to make sure there’s enough for everyone!

Olympics Themed
Good afternoon all you most amazing awesomeness Cool RVers!!!
It is that time of year again to sign up to host a table for the rally Camp Qrawl. This year theme has been chosen to be the Olympics. We are looking for hosts for alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, or any combination of the three. Please email Jeret at Jeret@CoolRVEverything.com if you wish to be a host. While 12 to 15 host are ok, 25 to 30 makes it AMAZING!!!
This event is open to the whole rally and qrawlers are encouraged to join and have fun roaming and socializing. You are encouraged also to bring your chairs and fire pits as we will have a great deal of room in the center of the Qrawl.
