What should I do if the activation code expires?

If your activation code has expired, don’t worry — this is very common. Amazon codes are temporary for security reasons and usually expire within a few minutes.

What to do when the code expires?

1. Go back to your TV or streaming device.

   • Open the Prime Video app again on TV.

   • It will generate a new activation code for you.

2. Return to amazon.com/mytv on your phone or computer.

   • Sign in with your Amazon account (the same one you use for Prime Video).

3. Enter the new code.

   • Type the fresh code into the box and click Register Device or Continue.

4. Confirm and start streaming.

   • Once accepted, your device will be linked and ready to use.
