We develop feasibility studies with conceptual layout for long-term planning showing potential growth and development of the site.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

We serve as a single point of contact to complete project from design to general construction service. We also offer construction services partnering with Design Architects and Consultants.

FIT-OUT WORKS

We offer fit-out works to make interior spaces suitable for occupation.

RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION

We offer renovation or reinstatement of space, alteration and addition to an existing area for better aesthetics and function, and upgrading facade to give a building a new look.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

We serve as Client's project  manager in supervising the project during construction. We do overall coordination with Consultants, Main Contractor, Suppliers. We oversee site works, making sure that is according to the approved plans, timeline and expected level of quality. We also manage procurement of materials and progress billing. 

DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

We provide technical drafting services, developing the design to a full set of drawings ready to use for Building Permit application and Construction.

2D and 3D RENDERING

We offer different packages of project visualization services, providing computer generated images and animation for any purpose the Client's need.
