KEY ACADEMIC RULES

1. UPMA operates a strict cohort-based system – no rolling admissions.
   
   

2. Students may only join at the start of a cohort.
   
   

3. Certificates are issued only after full cohort completion.
   
   

4. Missed intake → deferred to next available cohort.
   
   

5. Special Placement Tracks are exceptional and run under separate terms.

2026 TRANSITION NOTE

• Transition Year: 2026 is UPMA’s first fully structured cohort system.
  
  

• Grace Enrollment Window: Jan 15 – Jan 31, 2026 (One-Time Only)
  
  

• After Jan 31, all new admissions will follow official intake dates.
