• Are or were a victim of human trafficking?
• Have been trafficked inside the United States?
• Are you willing to comply with any reasonable request a law enforcement agency?
• Can you demonstrate that you would face extreme hardship if removed?

• Have you been in the United States for a continuous period of at least three years?
• Have you stayed in good "moral standing" (Have not committed a felony)
• Have complied with any reasonable request for assistance in investigation or prosecution or demonstrate extreme hardship involving unusual and severe harm upon removal from the United States.
• Be admissible to the United States, or obtain a waiver of admissibility.
