I have long envisioned every element in my life as ROUND: homes, cars, furniture, everything. Join me on this Roundess journey - with emphases on sustainability and fair trade - and the resources / links therein.
Roundville is a community I'm developing. In addition to a Round Home in a Round Village making sense to me (on many levels), there are benefits you'd never imagine (!) : they are tornado- and earthquake resistant. They are energy efficient.
From https://texashillcountry.com/dome-home-texas/:
"Tornado, earthquake, and hurricane-proof, this design is one of the most durable on the planet. Requiring little long term maintenance, dome homes have a shape that negates the need to plan for high winds and can be constructed with concrete outer shells, able to withstand wildfires, hail, termites, and all the other outrageous things that Texas can throw at them!"
Round For Interiors features all the wonderful round discoveries I've made thus far: furniture - sofas, tables - and decor - cabinets, bathtubs, sinks, windows. (Somebody's gotta invent a round dishwasher and round washer / dryer. ;-) )
